Q1: What is your standard delivery time and how do you handle urgent orders?

A: Our standard delivery time is30-45 working days after the contract is signed, depending on the order size and product type (e.g. custom parts or standard parts). For urgent needs we provide an expedited production channel that can be shortened to 15-20 working days. At the same time, we ensure full transparency and real-time tracking of production progress through our shared production progress system.

 

Q2: How does the manufacturing process of electrical fittings ensure product durability?

A: We adopt the 【hotdip galvanizing process】 (compliant with ASTM A123 standard) and 【precision forging/casting technology】, combined with full-process quality inspection X-ray flaw detection, salt spray test, etc., to ensure that products meet international standards (such as IEC, ANSI) in terms of corrosion resistance, mechanical, and dimensional accuracy. Key components are also certified by third-party laboratories (such as SGS).

 

Q3: What is the warranty period for your products and is not covered by the warranty?

A: We provide a 【12-24 month warranty】 covering performance failures due to material defects or process issues. Damage caused customer's improper installation, overloading, or extreme environments (such as not applying anti-corrosion measures as recommended by us) is not covered by the warranty. Specific will be clarified in the contract.

 

Q4: What does your after-sales technical support include and what is the response time?

A: We provide 【lif free technical consultation】, including installation guidance, fault diagnosis, and working condition matching suggestions. The after-sales team commits to responding to customer questions within 【24 hours】 and remote video support can be initiated in emergency situations. For on-site services (such as product replacement), we will coordinate engineers to arrive within 3-7 working days to the geographical location.

 

Q5: How do you ensure the consistency of quality in bulk orders?

A: We implement 【whole batch sampling inspection】 and 【traceability management system】, with each batch of products accompanied by a material report, inspection certificate, and a unique traceability code. The production line has been certified ISO 9001 quality management system and adopts automated CNC equipment to reduce human errors, ensuring stability from raw materials to finished products
